As a fellow endo girly you need to cut out alcohol for at minimum the week leading up to your P… I stopped drinking alcohol completely and it stopped 95% of my barfing and helped (not cured) other pains as well. The cycles where I’d have even 1/2 a drink the night before were absolute torture. Also, limit the cold/icey drinks. Keep your body warm. Hope this advice helps you feel better 💓
