I didn’t notice a difference when I was using selank or Semax. I’m using ipamorelin right before bed. I have Epithalon, but I don’t know if I should use that while using ipa. I don’t have trouble shutting my mind off now it’s just waking up for an hour or so in the middle of the night. There’s so much to learn.
