I’m happy that you were able to find that function on Deye but the best thing is to tell the client to get a servo stabilizer even if it’s just 20kva single phase. That low voltage will still cause issue for them in that house especially when there is grid and the inverter is still supplying them in bypass mode.

Is it the same approach when it doesn't charge using solar? cos I have the same issue with mine but this time with solar. My inverter is the same with this Although, I was informed I might likely need to increase my panels from 3NOs 550watts to 6NOs 550watts. yet when connected using a charge controller, it works. thank you
