I’m 52 and had a partial hysterectomy. I’ve only had 1 hot flash but my right ear is super itchy most days. I read it was part of menopause.

Why don’t people talk about progesterone? Why don’t we talk about how estrogen stores in the tissues even if blood levels are low? Progesterone is the happy hormone.

I see a lot of women commenting who are from Canada. I’m in Ottawa Canada, and I’m getting very frustrated as to not knowing who to go and see to get help. My regular GP won’t do anything. The Womens clinic at the hospital here has a huge waiting list I could pay for a private Clinic I guess but I don’t really know where to begin.

I was so unprepared for this. Had symptoms 2/3 years prior then it hit like a truck last July. It’s the hardest thing waking up already in panic before I’ve opened my eyes. The low mood an brain fog , always in my head. I’m on hrt it’s helped many symptoms but my mental health is suffering. This is so much more than what I bargained for.
