Contact your renters insurance, most of them have it in the policy that there is a 100 deductible but you’ll get 250/500 money to get fresh food for the fridge

Go out and buy a portable generator have electrician hook up a power plug-in to your main electrical box. You won’t be able to run the whole house, but it will serve your essentials. That’s the cheapest way to do it, but you can go out and buy a generator that does the whole house.
