@lygaiva: One of my better squat sets for speed, especially on a day where I had zero desire to squat. Yesterday was a lot… a 45 minute upper body session, nearly two hours of nonstop tidying in the gym, then a 40 minute high intensity spin class. Today I could barely roll out of bed and felt sore from head to toe😄 But I’m so glad I still showed up and got it done. Sometimes the best sessions are the ones you nearly talked yourself out of. From next week I’m reducing my gym hours, and I can already feel how much I need the extra rest and better work/life balance.
