Cut the rest of vegetables 3. Blend onion, 100g radish, apple, and half of garlic and ginger with some water 4. Add all of cut vegetables into a container of radish 5. In a clean cloth or bag, add 4 tbsp Gochugaru( Red Pepper powder) and blended mixture. Tie to close a bag. 6. Add the bag, water( 8-9 cup), and 1-2 tbsp salt( taste it after adding 1 tbsp and then add more) 7. Close and leave it at room temp for 8 hours, and transfer to a refrigerator for 2 days). 8. In 2 days, it should be read to be eaten. Take the bag out and squeeze all of goodie water and discard the content of bag.
