I use a 20% Azelaic acid cream/suspension from Korean pharmacy to spot treat and the spot doesn’t hurt, is less red, and goes away more quickly than usual. I’m only left with some PIE/PIH with relatively clear skin after struggling with acne since 15 :)

I tried acnon gel and felt like it didn’t make a difference. I’m sad cause it was difficult to find online to ship to the states, not to mention expensive 😂🤣

Acnon doesn’t work for me either, i find it too “mild” or maybe it just didn’t worked for me. I just use Benzoyl Peroxide at this point and cover it with a pimple patch 😂

My absolute best spot treatment for acne, tried and true, is benzoyl peroxide 2,5% (I use it combined with adapalene). Decreases inflammation and fights c. Acne bacteria.

the japanese pair cream works better for me with no skincare but not that amazing. i just use benzyl peroxide 5% or 10% 😅 strong af but it kills and dries pimples fast

This is such a niche problem I feel like I share. I’ve ad acne my whole life and then finally figured it out and put in so much product, time, and effort. I’m in my thirties and now, have very clean skin 90% of the time, and when one pops up it feels like it ruins my whole day.

spot on review on the korea acnon cream! the pink one sometimes works wonders but sometimes it just doesn’t work… green one has no effects sadly :/ i have defaulted back to benzoyl peroxide and it works pretty well!

aclean works really well for me for cystic pimples 😅 usually by the next day or two a head would have formed and then i slap on a pimple patch
