Or, hear me out, game devs can do proper optimization of their product so that fastest GPU on the market can run their game in more than 60 fps with nothing but its own hardware capability? I swear we let CD Project Red way to easily with this bad optimization bs when they released Cyberpunk.

yeah... let's not celebrate games requiring 2000 pound GPUs to run native now. death stranding 2 looked better and run ten times faster without ai hacks to get around poor implementation

It’s not about AI helping with systems like lightning, weather and physics or rendering pixels or polygons. People don’t want AI generated stories, art, or voices. The human part of the game. All games have some kind of AI.

why was it that little studios of 100 people could make amazing games that look photo realistic and only take up 5-20GB of space, but 10k employee studios owned by Microsoft and Sony personally can't make games smaller than 120GB that still need AI to look good?
