@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Sushi Oyama. They’re a restaurant in Burnaby. Right now, they’re doing a deal (Buy One Get One at a percentage off) on their Oshi and Aburi! For those who don’t know, Aburi is their torched sushi, and the Oshi is the pressed sushi. The deal is currently as follows: - Oshi - Buy One Get One 50% Off (ongoing) - Aburi - Buy One Get One 40% Off (Until May 15th, 2026) We also tried their Chopped Scallop Inari which was pretty generously filled with scallop and their Oyster Motoyaki. I actually really enjoyed the oyster motoyaki but unfortunately, the homie @Ohpinyanated got a giant piece of shell in his last bite.. a bit unfortunate honestly as the meal was doing pretty good until that point. Personally, I’m a huge fan of their Oshi and all things considered, this might be the best deal for Oshi in the city right now!
