I understand why the girls were upset but I also understand manon too, in Switzerland she said that nobody expects anyone to come into work if they’re sick or not feeling well, I feel as if this was a cultural shock for her somewhat, she also has never did anything like this before, but I do understand why the girls were upset, it’s frustrating

It’s obvious both sides were valid. The girls were frustrated she wasn’t showing up enough to practice and showing enough effort, just for her to be the public’s favourite. Manon didnt have any prior dancing experience so she was unaware of the etiquette and that missing practice was inconvenient for others as well as herself.
