It says “before bedtime” implying this is AT NIGHT when it’s not a good idea to go outside. They probably already played outside all day and he still has energy. Everyone in these comments acts like they didn’t have a gameboy or DS or played other things on a screen growing up. Kids just have a lot of energy.
