my PT currently has me doing chest fly's on the machine, and it really exhausts me after 2 or 3 sets (we do 7 sets of 10, 30 second rests) can't remember the weight, he looks after that! is it normal to really feel the burn with just a couple sets? it's not painful, but it's not comfortable either
