Everybody says oh we’ll sue them well it cost money to sue somebody and when you’ve put all your money into something and then you gotta turn around and sue somebody you’re busy. You’re trying to find a place to live. You’re trying to survive you’re trying to pay your other bills. It stinks. I’m so sorry all this happened to you.

Hot take: this is why landlords should be forced to share the books on properties with their tenants. Because I firmly believe that if you can prove that you're carrying the costs by renting, you should be allowed to challenge who owns the title.
