A+ clumps with Anti-A and Anti-D only, B+ clumps with Anti-B and Anti-D only, O+ does not clump with Anti-A or Anti-B but does clump with Anti-D, and AB+ clumps with all three because it carries A, B, and D antigens. The image is also correct in showing that the ABO system gives the letter and the Rh system gives the positive/negative sign. ⚠️ One important teaching point: this infographic shows only the positive blood groups.
