Thats just wiping the cache. It dosnt give you extra fps and it effect is minimal. 20fps is vast

its not as simple as boosting fps. the only reason you could boost it by deleting it is.. IF for any reason shader cache got corrupted and game keeps trying to load those and its making the game slow and stuttery.

this may fix issues u are experiencing in game like stutters, unknown disconnections for particular maps... some games especially game updates usually does this automatically.... BF6 for instance, it re verify cache and re download every boot up, but this method fixed a map loading problem i have had x2

Ne pas effacer ces fichiers, ce sont les caches de shaders, sinon le jeu va vous le recompile a chaque fois, ce qui peut être long à chaque chargement
