Just a thought..my husband and his ex never shared anything. If the kid wanted a tablet at the other parties house they had to provide one. It even went down to clothes. The kid was sent to our house only wearing the clothes on their back.

you did the right thing, you have given him so many damn chances to get it back to you. this is you taking a stand and reinforcing a boundary. you're doing amazing 💜 he cant just walk over you and ignore your requests for your property back. hopefully he doesn't give you a whole lot of grief about this 🫠 because again, you've given him plenty of chances to just hand it back.

If you ever get it back, make sure and check for the r spyware on it, especially if he was opening the tablet up, he could have been putting a bug in it.

Factory reset the tablet when you get it. Make sure it’s wiped and don’t bring back any old uploads or backups

My husband has primary custody of his daughter and he had to have it put in the parenting plan that clothes would be returned to dad from mom because she would go to her moms and come back in clothes that didn’t fit. And it became so bad that she had no clothes that fit at our place. This was when they had 50/50. After he got primary he added that so that she had all her clothes. Also the kids shouldn’t have to take things back and forth. Both homes should have everything they need. Sorry you are going through this
