and the owner might only want it cut 1 time a month or twice a month so it might have been way high. if I have to mow it twice because it's so high they gonna pay me for two mows

I mean boss man I get your point. I also get the customers point. As an owner of landscaping company myself. There should be no reason for you to argue. just say Yes sir you’re absolutely correct. Get back on the mower and take it nice and slow to make sure you get all the clumps. I’m sorry bud customer service is Key. Word of mouth is a big deal. Agian no hate from you as a person just giving you advice.
