cna tip. start doing pistol squats on the leg you're keeping I am a CNA that works with physical therapy and you're going to need to use that leg to get up Make that leg as strong as possible you can; make your other leg as strong as possible too but they're going to take that one.

as a dietitian: there is a formula we use to adjust body weight with amputations, but anyway bmi is not great for individuals so don't worry about it

Shoes are also an issue. I only see 2 choices. Either, you make a friend that has the exact same fashion choice, same shoe size, and only needs the other shoe to your pair, OR you need to put 2 left shoes in the box when the sales person isn’t looking
