this is such a big step 😭 doing something you’ve wanted for so long, especially around healing and chronic illness, takes a lot of courage. it’s not just a trip, it’s like choosing yourself for once. I remember being in that place, feeling stuck in my body, bloated, tired, low energy and just wanting something to shift. it can feel overwhelming but also exciting at the same time. I thought I just had to keep pushing through. nothing really helped and I felt stuck. then a woman in a forum mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I followed it and wow… 29 lbs down, less inflammation, energy finally steady, I actually feel like I’m moving forward again. I love it, feels like hidden info

i have lupus and fibromyalgia my husband works so hard while i stay home! it’s definitely hard but just because your in a different position financially than me but you are experiencing chronic illness as well and it sucks all around for everyone. take you time to heal💙 my kids are my biggest blessing

As someone that has ulcerative colitis and is on a medical infusion every four weeks that is $28,000 every four weeks it is so tough when I get off my parents insurance. I don’t think I’m gonna be able to get my infusions because of how expensive it is. I truly believe that we need to have free healthcare to an extent because it is expensive to live with an autoimmune disease.
