Excellent recipe. I always wondered when a Pakistani chef will cook the dry fruits properly in desserts like zarda, gajar halwa , Suite halwa etc to make the dry fruits soft as they are very dry and hard in nature such as coconut, almonds, pistachios, dry dates etc. they need to cooked properly from the very beginning like you did which makes them softand easy to digest and also their nutrients comes out properly in the dessert. Rest of the chefs just garnish dry fruits on desserts which, in my opinion, is a waste of dry fruits. Today, from your video I also leared that what 'saila' (Par boiled) rice is and how it's made. Keep up the good work Chef!!!
