Btw wind breaker's creator was inspired by Tokyo revengers to create wind breaker, so if Tokyo revengers didn't exist, wind breaker could been different or could have never existed, And the creator of wind breaker was a fan of Tokyo revengers, and I find some character designs a bit alike, like baji and the other guy that also had long black hair. I apologize for not knowing his name, as I have not watched wind breaker yet.
