Routine: *Bio collegen mask ( biodance, Korean and most researched is the best and cheapest believe it or not..others mostly marketing liok for things like LOW MOLECULAR COLLEGEN and if it does list the amount of ingredients...DONT BUY IT.. again. " pretty" marketing) every other day ( it keeps the effects consistent.. but, when you stop using it it goes away.. this like all topilogical skin care is temporary, unfortunately, for permanent results you are looking at cosmetic procefures..no lie black and white truth. If you are told otherwise ( from anyone other then dermatologist or physician..you're being lied to🤷‍♀️...) *C serum ( let dry) use moisturizer directly after to lock in the moisture especially after the bio collegen mask to lock it all in. * retinol at night ( it depends on how much your skin agrees with, start slow 1× per week for 1 month to see how your skin does to avoid dry patches. Skip c serum in morning on days using retinol at first til you see how your skin reacts. ( i do it 3x a week and I use c serum in morning) *** if you are like me and also use Glycolic peel ( do not use greater than 30% at home) SYOP at first when introducing the retinol or you will nake a mess of your skin! * sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen...did i mention sunscreen?🤔😆😁 I mix mine with a bit of my favorite foundation to tint it. I lock it in ( since I put the foundation in the sunscreen with a setting spray then dab it in with a makeup sponge, but you can skip this if you dont use tinted sunscreen) * I love the glow results...but if you find it too shiny for you, use a set and bake powder on you t-zones and spray with finishing spray then dab all over...should cut the shine... I use gua sha tools to spread all of these products each and the gua sha routine as well morning and night. I finish ( before the sunscreen) with the the rolling tool. I freeze them over night the cooling effect is nice and reduces puffiness. So. There it is my skin routine. #fyp #skinroutine #skincare #GlowUp
