@goodfoodau: Do you prefer your fish burgers crumbed or battered? Here at Burger Watch, we're partial to a crumbed fish fillet. The crew at Bronte Road Fish sell up to 2000 perfect crumbed fish burgers every week. It's the platonic ideal of a fish burger, with a house-made tartare sauce that's heavy on the dill, on a soft Martin's potato roll. They're also serving a smashed tuna burger that will have fish-haters fooled. “Trust us: It’s as good, if not better, than a beef cheeseburger,” says co-owner Matt Barnett. Hit the link in our bio for a list of Sydney's best fish burgers, and follow Good Food for more burger videos.
What is the difference of a Martin’s potato roll vs a non-Martin’s potato roll?

It's a crap fish burger.
And I REALLY wish it was not.
If you want a good fish burger every local knows you go to Out of The Blue in Clovelly.
The place has no seating so you either eat it sitting on the street like a homeless person or you take it to the beach and eat it.
Despite that it has been open for I think a decade and it is always packed.
