Tournament player for 27 years. Objectively a loss if he was stripes. If he was stripes he had to have contacted the stripe first before the 8 ball and the stripe had to drop first before the 8 ball & 8 ball contacted second and dropped last. If he was solids the 8 ball had to be contacted first and drop first before the opponent's stripe.. That shot was objectively illegal either way.✌
