Compasspoint’s ship, DownTown East’s faris wheel, Parkway Parade’s waterfall, JCube’s ice rink, Wisma Atria’s aquarium, CitySquare mall’s peranakan house facade (top floor), Vivocity’s frutiger aero colour palette, “retro-vibe” Century Square & the old lift with a view, Funan’s cheap/pirated tech shops and many more :(

we learn this in architecture. SG faces a conservation dilemma, which means we conserve buildings from 1900s but demolish buildings built in 1980s-2000s.. so that period is "lost" forever.

no way I just found out they don't have Sentosa Merlion anymore 😭 I went to Singapore last year and saw Sensoryscape as suggested place to visit, but didn't have time to go to Sentosa. So sad that they have to demolish it, it's so iconic 😭😭

The old Balestier Shaw Plaza had so much charm. The new one feels so narrow and plain, like they removed all the character from it. Such a waste.
