2/5 stars. It lacked virtually any coherent character development, depth in writing, clear subplots, climax, and resolution. It failed to make any substantial commentary on tech bro and ai culture (which was only mentioned literally once at the end), and ended up being a self-serving movie for fans who wanted a surface-level sequel and don’t think critically, which is fine. Doesn’t take away from the fact that it had an enormous budget (costuming and marketing specifically), and still couldn’t produce one memorable look
