sa akin 30yrs na hemorrhoids ko s awa ng dios ok namn eat high fiber then water. 3kids na din ako.wag lng eri ng eri. workout no heavy equipment cardio lng.

hi. same experience, 3cm. g3 hemo, 3 hemo remove. after operation wala akong naramdamang severe pain. 17 days post op. minimal pain pero manageable naman. advice ko sayo dear pahinga mabuti wag magkikilos agad. eat more fiber, fiber and fiber change lifestyle na.
