Hello, I need help with my Ajazz AK820 Max HE (wired) keyboard. The issue appears immediately when I plug in the keyboard. Symptoms: Windows plays continuous connect/disconnect sounds (reconnect loop) The keyboard shows startup lighting, then stops After that, only a single blue LED strip remains lit across the center of the keyboard The keyboard does not respond to any key presses Only the volume wheel continues to work In Device Manager it appears as: HID Keyboard Device Hardware ID: VID_0C45&PID_80B1 Ajazz DriveAll (including the web version) shows: "device not supported" What I already tried: Different USB cables Different USB ports Different PC Reinstalling drivers No changes. It seems like the firmware is corrupted or the keyboard is stuck in a failed initialization state. Could you please provide: Correct firmware for AK820 Max HE (wired version) A flashing tool that can detect the keyboard in this state Instructions to recover or reset the device Thank you.
