I bought the premium bikini two weeks ago. When I got home, I discovered the bottoms were ripped. Calzedonia customer service has been stalling me for two weeks now, instead of simply replacing the broken bottoms with a new one. I mean it’s 29,95€ and it’s obviously the fault of Calzedonia! What kind of outrageous and appalling customer service is this? The bottoms were clearly defective from the start and have a material fault.
