For the baby clothes like first Christmas you can get a frame then a pic from her first Christmas! So then it’s a to keep the baby clothes you find special and can see them on a daily basis

I’m never this early.. also making a blanket or a quilt out of the bay clothes sounds adorable, I cherish mine from my babyhood. And the polyester scraps ca be sent to trashie for their scraps take back bag, they recycle it in the most environmental way possible for taht fabric

For the blanket idea, I had tshirts that followed me around for a quilt for years until I prepped them. So maybe if you decide on a quilt, cut the clothes to the size and then at least you’re not storing as much bulk and they’ll be ready to go when you are (AND you can use the idea from someone else here about recycling the scraps!)
