Just so everyone is aware they legally have to tell you what they are doing before or during the process and receive consent from the mother (father if mom is unavailable) before they can do anything. If you find your self in this situation all you have to do is mention being in legal and they will full stop and do their jobs properly or they can and usually do lose there license

she had a rare infection she didn't know she had and it was critical to the baby so they treated him and he's healthy and alive

A doctor came in sat next to her n told her she had a condition some adults could get without knowing and infants couldn’t survive it so they were protecting the baby and gave the baby to her bc she didn’t have the condition
