1st why mix the mince in a bag can it not be done in a bowl like a normal person. 2nd there is no need for sparking water. 3rd. These are not balls they are pie shaped without the pastry. 4th. You are not covering the meat with meat you are folding the circles in half. I give up with these recipes. Surely there is an easier way to make them.
