People say this a lot "talk to others and it will fix you" but if you're in that position it is really hard to say things that is hurting you especially if you know yourself that nothing will change even if you tell it to someone. I tried this and instead I felt so miserable telling my weakness to others. I'm not saying talking to others will not fix it but it depends on the person who is feeling this kind of emotions.
