genuinely giving advice; that terrace doesnt look like its in an apartment. rather a villa or a townhouse. if that's the case, get a good insurance because any water damage caused by the terrace (lack of proper waterproofing) is going to be difficult to fight with neighbours

Buying an apartment is worth it just to not have a landlord anymore and the fear of losing your deposit! I’m not a huge fan of Korean apartments and definitely for our next purchase I want to buy an older place and remodel as I hate that they all look the same here!
