I miss a cigarette. I quit after I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I blame myself, Because that’s a chance I took. And I feel so bad for the ones that get lung cancer and never smoked. I’ll never smoke again. But I still miss it. I had a lobectomy and chemotherapy. And I have been in remission for almost 5 years.

I took care of my dad with dementia in my home for 5 years until his dying breath. if I learned anything through that it's do whatever you want. no one gets out of here alive. their are a million things we breath in, put in our body and on our body that are supposedly healthy. live your life girl.
