In my area they don't have anything in place, my consultant sent a referral to a team but was knocked back. so they are trying to find a physio team to help me. I was treated in oldham AE, I heard them on the phone saying she's one of the FND women! Made me feel like I was wasting their time.

I don’t have no support I was told I have FND last year and he said didn’t I know I had it I said I’ve never herd of it he said I should have been told 13 years ago when I had tests back 13 years ago and that was it . No medication no help nothing. Xxx

It’s sad to say FND is not well known in the medical community or public. I’ve gotten some comments like these as well and it’s really discouraging but I’m so happy you were there for her!! She probably feels so relieved to finally be seen and heard and YOU did that for her! So beautiful and inspiring!! 🫶❤️
