No tilled corn into bean stubble last year, with 4 gallon of ortho phosphate 3-18-18 and 180# of N. Zero fertilizer. Made 250 bushel. You’re over farming the dirt.

dad switched to no-till but saw no increase in yield, but now he doesn't need to pay for a 500 horsepower tractor, digger, chisel, ripper

I’m 45 I’ve farmed my whole life and ive only recently realized how much farmland in the US is actually rented. Seems crazy to me that like most farms are renting more than half their land. So they have huge equipment and only own a few hundred acres.

What if there was a solution to rebuilding microbes in the soil so all you need is to VT. And it increases yields and reduces fertilizer

We’re better off on are ground working it. Dads also been good at buying and selling equipment and some years we make money off that piece of tillage to use it for season. No till doesn’t work for us nor will it ever
