I film in 4k 60fps in my camera phone and then when editing I export in CapCut at 1080p 30fps (since social medial do not support 4k formats, it will downgrade the quality) so by recording at 4k and exporting at 1080p you got the sharp quality but packed in 1080p ✨ alsoooo, a little tip is in CapCut go to settings > sharpen tool > +40/50 so video looks hella quality ✨

Make sure before you upload, “allow high-quality uploads” is turned on

I noticed if the video gets a good amount of views it will look high quality. If the video flops it will look low quality. I noticed it on some of my videos.

film at 60fps (back cam) and don’t max out the settings in capcut when exporting, i recommend 1080. if you choose 4k, tiktok will just downsize the video and make it more blurry
