Let me show you how to target them all. A simple hack to increase forearm engagement is to use an extra thick grip by attaching FAT GRIPZ to the dumbbell handles. Using a supinated grip, perform dumbbell wrist curls to target the flexors. Change to a pronated grip and perform dumbbell wrist extensions to target the extensors.
