Love the check in and check out times. When it’s a short stay and you can’t get in until late in the afternoon and still have to leave early it really feels like being short changed!

As someone who is working on my first short term rental, I really appreciate your attitude towards hosting! Airbnb hosts have gotten such a bad name in recent years (often deserved) for doing the bare minimum and then even expecting chores to be done by paying guests. If someone is choosing to spend their travel time (so probably more precious to them than “regular” time) and hard earned money at my home, I’ll view it as a privilege to be hosting them. Also want to do the no same-day turnovers as someone who hates the morning checkout stress.
