Classic Buffalo Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp paprika * 2 tbsp butter * 1/2 cup hot sauce * 1 tbsp honey (optional) Instructions: 1. Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 2. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40–45 minutes or fry until crispy. 3. Melt butter and mix with hot sauce and honey. 4. Toss hot wings in sauce. 5. Serve immediately. ⸻ 2. Honey Garlic Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1/4 cup honey * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tbsp butter * 1/2 tsp black pepper Instructions: 1. Bake or fry wings until crispy. 2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic. 3. Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper. 4. Simmer 2 minutes until glossy. 5. Toss wings in sauce and serve. ⸻ 3. BBQ Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 cup BBQ sauce * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp butter Instructions: 1. Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2. Bake or fry until cooked through. 3. Heat BBQ sauce with honey and butter. 4. Coat wings in sauce. 5. Broil 3 minutes for sticky glaze. ⸻ 4. Lemon Pepper Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tsp lemon zest * 1 tsp black pepper * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients with wings. 2. Marinate 20 minutes. 3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 minutes or air fry. 4. Toss again with extra lemon pepper seasoning. 5. Serve hot. ⸻ 5. Teriyaki Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 1/2 cup soy sauce * 1/4 cup brown sugar * 2 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp ginger, grated * 1 tbsp sesame oil Instructions: 1. Cook wings until crispy. 2. Add all sauce ingredients to pan. 3. Simmer until thickened. 4. Toss wings in teriyaki sauce. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds. ⸻ 6. Spicy Asian Wings Ingredients: * 1 kg chicken wings * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp sriracha * 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp sesame oil Instructions: 1. Fry or bake wings until crispy. 2. Mix all sauce ingredients in pan. 3. Cook 2–3 minutes until slightly thick. 4. Toss wings in spicy sauce. 5. Garnish with green onions and serve. #chiken #wings
