Bravo. This is not cold calling. This is Value Based calling...You built them something they need... Just next time skip this explanatory part about extra stuff booking etc it is best to show them visually through demo and not overwhelm their neo cortex.....

Quick tip: don’t mention the word Expensive, it creates an objection even before they decide if it’s pricy or not. You don’t get to decide for the customer if it’s expensive. For you $200 extra might be expensive, for the business owner is an investment 🙌🏼

That guy sounded ready to get set up right away. Next time, when someone sounds eager to start like that, gently try to go for a close on that call. If he truly is too busy, and you're not too aggressive, he'll just simply remind you he is busy, and then you say, got it, will talk to you Monday. Also, I would drop the "I know you’re busy" lines - you don't want to plant that idea into your prospect's head (who might actually have plenty of time for you to talk to and close on that call).

This is why capitalism is good. Allows anyone to make themselves rich if they put the work in.

Some unsolicited advice: don’t assume he doesn’t have time for a call or demo - ask him. He clearly wanted to know straight away and was interested. If you listened you would have made a sale today. Untill Monday he will have time to talk himself out of it and you will have to pitch all over again :D

Bro your prices are a hot topic here. You charge whatever you think your work is worth alongside what the client would realistically be able to afford. £150 + 30 a month is completely find for this specific type of client. Keep it up man and I hope you hit your target and smash it soon

Yeah, this is how you kill an industry. This is why marketing does not get paid as much as IT, raise your prices.

I admire your work, here are a few tips tho: in sales calls, don’t ever use the word expensive, just use the word “an additional charge” based on the context, raise your prices, atleast the website cost, I haven’t seen what your websites look like, but I assure you even the lowest quality go way over $150.

Good work man. I would split test doing a higher monthly subscription, maybe $50 or even $100, but switch your pitch to value-based. If you get an objection of the price being too high, compare your monthly subscription to something relatable, like multiple streaming services they pay for, a tank of gas, a night out at a restaurant, etc. Then ask them how much a new long term customer would EARN them per month. How much would 10 new monthly customers earn them per month. Right now you’re doing a good job selling the features. Work on selling the benefits and future pace how your service will save them time and effort, and how it will make them more money. Then you can charge much higher.
