Mine texted me while I filed a medical leave and was using sick time. They asked me if I can "put a list of things pending"... I told her I have a doctor's note and cannot sit in a chair. Im dealing with a physical ailment and sitting / standing long agitates it
Mind you, when I said I have my doctors note, she said "we dont need the note, just a list." I didnt sign on but just sent her a text of the things I could think of at the top of my head.

Question about not discussing pay, yes, that is between coworkers, but can you discuss pay with a manager when you’re an assistant manager and if the manager gets in trouble for that is that against the law?
