Mine texted me while I filed a medical leave and was using sick time. They asked me if I can "put a list of things pending"... I told her I have a doctor's note and cannot sit in a chair. Im dealing with a physical ailment and sitting / standing long agitates it Mind you, when I said I have my doctors note, she said "we dont need the note, just a list." I didnt sign on but just sent her a text of the things I could think of at the top of my head.

My “boss” had an employee die on the clock due to heat related illness and they didn’t modify the heat protocols to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Question about not discussing pay, yes, that is between coworkers, but can you discuss pay with a manager when you’re an assistant manager and if the manager gets in trouble for that is that against the law?
