I feel guilty for taking my 20 minute lunch. My manager stays until 7 or 8 PM, and the vibes are off when I leave at the time I am supposed to leave. Even the program director gets mad when we dont look at our email when we are off work. There's so much hostility in the work environment because of favoritism and all.

Was going to get fired from one job for going after worker’s compensation, they wrote me up for “buying things on the clock” to cover it up and the other one fired me for going to the AGM about being harassed by my housekeeping manager. I was fired a few days later for non fireable offenses.

What if I have a boss who told me I have to work harder then others to get a promotion based off an issue a certain manager apparently has against me that I was never coached on nothing documented or anything? Also apparently this issue happened awhile ago.

how about banking your overtime after 50 hours and then paying it out as regular pay? but wants you to be on call but tells you the overtime will kill you in taxes?
