in order to buy a house in this economy you should have to declare what you’ll be using it for and if it’s air bnb you should pay triple in sales tax land tax all the taxes for taking away housing for people

scaling property tax. for each home you own past your primary residence, scaling increase on the tax you pay. wanna own 12 homes? that's fine. you're going to be paying more than the mortgage in taxes. and if the home goes vacant because you raised the rental price so high to cover for that? vacant home tax. can't afford it? however, if you sell the home to a first time home buyer/ family, you get tax deduction. just ballpark ideas here, no solid numbers or anything I'm not a math guy

My favorite part of this is Starbucks being the blame. 🤣 Guys, you can get a $5 Starbucks drink everyday and it would only amount to $1,825 a year. That's not even a month mortgage in today's market. 😂

The median age of people buying homes in my area is currently 65+. The only homes available with more than 2 bedrooms are 1.5mil MINIMUM and they are not 1.5mil houses. Trying to to buy a home for my family on this school district is seeming more and more out of reach every day.
