Oils can be really useful when you have really dry skin. My mother always taught me to apply oil in damp skin and then apply moisturiser. I have very sensitive dry skin and it's what works the best!

I’m not gonna lie body scrubs are the biggest scam of all time. You literally can just buy a pair of gloves that exfoliate and they do a better job.

girl usually i agree with u but this whole video is a no for me. 1. body oils have been a huge part of poc culture and are not some new over consumerist trend. they are used to lock in moisture and provide a shiny finish that can only appear as greasy due to user error. 2. body sprays aren’t all cheap and plasticky and are usually layered with perfumes to enhance the scent/add depth to the scent. 3. adding actual sugar/coffee grains to your scrubs as opposed to using an actual scrub is such bad advice. please for the love of god just use an african net scrub or a korean exfoliating glove if you really dislike scrubs that much. 💔
