Lord, I’m going through it with my manager. I’m in the process of looking for another company. She’s blocked me and now trying to create a paper trail. Unfortunately, as a scientist, there aren’t many positions readily available in my field. People tend to stay put and retire from them.

I’ve always had this. I’m now at a job where my two managers ACTUALLY took the criticism in and have managed every area BETTER since I’ve pushed back. We went from meetings/disciple every week to now a monthly meeting & efficient communicative workflow and not them just blowing up. I’m so proud of them LOL
