Set the cable slightly above head height (too low and you’re just doing a row) 2. Use a neutral or underhand grip (thumbs facing you) 3. Keep your elbows slightly above shoulder height 4. Pull the rope toward your face, not your chest you’ll lose all the rear delt activation 5. Pull the rope apart and an external rotation is THE detail that lights up the rear delts 6.
