This thing can bake, air fry, grill, smoke, roast and more! It's electric and balcony safe, so I can finally have BBQs at home! For the cookie dough: 35g unsalted butter, melted 45g light brown sugar 35g granulated sugar 15g beaten egg 1/4 tsp vanilla 60g plain flour 1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp salt 60g chocolate chips (plus extra for the top) Flaky sea salt to sprinkle For the brownie batter: 45g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly 60g caster sugar 30g beaten egg 30g dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly 25g plain flour 9g cocoa powder Pinch of salt 50g chocolate chips Bake at 160C 20 mins Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes, feel free to grill on the other side too if you like them softer Enjoy! #woodfirepro #LearnOnTikTok #easybaking #bbq #brookie
