Sometimes I watch your videos and feel so unbelievably seen and I just want you to know that you also are an inspiration. Days when I feel like my bipolar brain is starting to spiral and the world is crashing down around me you always end up on my fyp and I am reminded that I am not alone but there is hope. The positive mindset is so so hard, the gluten removal helps but it’s a daily battle at times. So anyway a lot of rambling just to say you are amazing and you have had a positive influence and impact in my life; and for that I am grateful 🫶🏻
